RUSH PROCESSING

A rush processing fee of 50% of the order total is added to expedite the processing time. Your order will be processed and ready to ship within 5 business days from the date it is placed, excluding weekends or holidays.

Expedited Shipping services are not included in this fee. Orders with materials in backorder cannot be rushed. 

We print each order upon request and while we try to maintain color through time we can't guarantee there will be a 100% color match.

Printing methods can have small calibration changes over time due to use of the printing equipment, regular maintenance, exchange of parts.

We cannot guarantee color match with order more than 12 months old.

RE-PRINTS

When re-printing parts of your previous order, measure the width and height of the area you need re-printed and insert that measurement when ordering.

Re-print orders will not receive Art proofs.

ADD-ONS

Add a small section to your previous order. Add-ons that exceed these measurements below will not be processed:

When adding Width: up to 47 inches in Width plus total Height of your previous order. 

When adding Height: up to 35 inches in Height plus total Width of your previous order. 

When needed Add-ons we will send an Art Proof for review and approve before printing.
