Processing and Shipping

All items are MADE-TO-ORDER

Most Orders will be processed and shipped in 1 to 6 weeks.

Use this guide to estimate processing times by Order Size in Square Feet:

From 240 SF to 480 SF	1 - 2 Weeks
From  480 SF to 960 SF	2 - 3 Weeks
From  960 SF to 1920 SF	3 - 4 Weeks

Inclement weather or high volume may delay processing times above.

MURALS AND CUSTOM ORDERS

All Murals are custom designed. 

We will send you an Art Proof via email within 2 business days after placing the order.

Personalize your Mural in color, setup and scale. As many revisions as needed to make it perfect. We never produce without your approval. 

Consider checking your Art Proof and request corrections at your earliest convenience, days of revisions add up to Processing Times. Some art corrections might take longer to process than others. 

Only after Murals are Approved they go into Production.

WALLPAPERS

For our wallpapers we offer Color Customizations. 

For Color Customization requests we will send you an Art Proof via email within 2 business days after placing the order.

Personalize the color of your wallpaper. As many revisions as needed to make it perfect. We never produce without your approval. 

Standard orders (non customized) will go directly into production.

RUSH PROCESSING

Expedited Shipping services are not included in this fee. Orders with materials in backorder cannot be rushed. 

When ordering multiple items, add Rush Processing to each item you need to be rushed within your order. 

Murals and Wallpapers: A rush processing fee of 50% of the order total is added to expedite the processing times. Your order will be processed and ready to ship within 5 business days from the date it is placed, excluding weekends or holidays. When Art approval is still required for printing, delays in approval will add up to processing times.

Samples: A rush processing fee of $20 per Sample to expedite processing time. Your order will be processed and ready to ship within 2 business days from the date it is placed, excluding weekends or holidays.

 MATERIALS IN BACKORDER 

Due to high demand some materials might be in Backorder.

When ordering a material in Backorder, consider extending processing times up to 4 weeks. Contact us at support@kokoartshop.com for accurate time estimates.

 

CONTACT INFORMATION

Please provide us with valid email during checkout. We will use your email to send your Art Proof. 

If 10 business days have passed and we do not have an answer regarding your Art Proof the order will be Cancelled and Refunded. 

ORDER MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION

We accept modifications or cancellations for up to 24 hours after the order is placed. 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Review your Shipping Address after purchase, we are unable to update any information once the package departs our facility. We are not responsible for lost or damage regarding incorrect shipping address.

SHIPPING

Free US Standard Domestic Shipping with a transit of 3 to 10 business days, but it can take longer. 

After your order ships allow 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to update. 

Shipping Upgrades available at Checkout to expedite transit times. We do not guarantee carrier services. Transit times provided here are estimates. Shipments can get delayed due to unforeseen events. Shipping Upgrades are NON REFUNDABLE once the order ships. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to Canada.

Shipping rates vary depending on the total weight of the items in your order.

Delays due to customs may be experienced.  

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before purchasing.
