Understanding Our Color Chart & Customization Process

At KOKO ART SHOP, we understand that choosing the right colors for your custom design can be a challenge. Color perception is highly subjective—what one person envisions as “beige” or “light peach” can be completely different from another’s idea of the same shade. To make color customization as seamless as possible, we provide our Color Chart as a reference tool, helping you select or guide us toward the shades that best fit your vision.

How to Use the Color Chart for Customization

We ask our customers to select colors based on our Color Chart, rather than general color descriptions. This method ensures a clearer starting point for customization and minimizes misunderstandings due to individual color perception. If you have a specific color in mind but aren’t sure how to describe it, the chart provides a defined range to choose from.

🖌 Because all materials print differently, we strongly recommend ordering a Color Chart in each of the materials you are considering for your project. This will help you see how colors appear on different textures and finishes before finalizing your order.

Are Designs Created Using the Color Chart?

No, our designs are not restricted by the Color Chart, nor are they originally created based on it. While many of the colors in our artwork will naturally relate to shades found in the chart, our artists have creative freedom in developing each piece. This means:

✔ Designs are not limited to chart colors – They may include unique tones and blended hues.
✔ Graphic effects and textures are often part of the artwork, adding depth and artistic detail.
✔ Digital screens may slightly alter how colors appear compared to the final printed version.

Where Can Color Customizations Be Applied?

✅ Color customizations are available exclusively for our Mural and Wallpaper items.
❌ Color customizations are NOT supported for Decals or Tile Stickers.

Need Color Adjustments?

If you’d like to adjust a design’s colors, we recommend selecting shades from the Color Chart as a reference point. While we do our best to match your request, some modifications may be limited based on the artwork’s original composition.
